My mom suffered a massive stroke over a year ago and is in a continuous care facility. The staff tries to find a multitude of games and puzzles to keep the patients at the facility engaged in cognitive skills that also help with dexterity and agility. The puzzles we have found were either juvenile or had over a thousand small pieces which is overwhelming for many of these patients. These puzzles have been wonderful and everyone loves them! These are perfect. The only issue is to keep the staff from finishing them while the patients are away!

Gave it to a 64-year-old relative with multiple cognitive and physical disabilities. It was perfect! The extra-large pieces are easy to hold, and he loved the vibrant colors. It also gave him a sense of accomplishment, being able to put it together by himself. It's a definite "happy mood maker!"

Pretty but very very difficult due to similarity of colors all over the puzzle. Pieces are "free form" (oddly shaped). Pieces are large, which is a darned good thing, given the difficulty. Not for beginners or novices at jigsaws. Difficult for elderly; not good for children or impatient people.

Nice, Big Pieces. Not all the same shape. Easy to match design. Lovely picture
