MasterPieces Puzzle Company has been in business for over 10 years. With a modest start, founder David Rolls has been able to exponentially grow the company from six puzzles to hundreds of titles ranging in difficulty to accommodate puzzlers of all ages.

Because of MasterPieces Puzzle Company’s massive growth, they are now working on getting new artist contracts for new puzzle designs as well as even bursting onto the game and craft scene. This incredible company is just getting started!

Returns

Need to return or exchange a puzzle? Please call 866-539-4278 to setup a return or email a request to support@puzzlewarehouse.com and we will email you a prepaid return label.

Please note:

Items returned within 365 days of receipt are eligible for a refund.
Store credit will be issued for items returned past 30 days and can be used for future purchases.
Refunds will be minus the original shipping charge.
We only accept Like New, Unopened (in the original shrink-wrap) returns with postage paid.
If you return an item without a return authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the returned box you may not receive credit. Please call or email us to setup a return.
Puzzle Warehouse will pay to have any item shipped back to us. Give us a call and we will be happy to help. This offer is only for US orders.
