This panoramic photograph of New York was taken by James Blakeway and features a twilight view of Manhattan during a Tribute in Light memorial. The lights are located exactly where the World Trade Center once stood, and on clear nights, the lights can be seen from over 60 miles away. The tribute initially ran as a temporary installation from March 11 to April 14 2002, and as of 2008 , has been repeated every year on September 11th.
Featured in the panorama from left to right are the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, and the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges.
