Need to return or exchange a puzzle? Please call 866-539-4278 to setup a return or email a request to support@puzzlewarehouse.com and we will email you a prepaid return label.
Please note:

Items returned within 365 days of receipt are eligible for a refund.

Store credit will be issued for items returned past 30 days and can be used for future purchases.
- Refunds will be minus the original shipping charge.

We only accept Like New, Unopened (in the original shrink-wrap) returns with postage paid.

If you return an item without a return authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the returned box you may not receive credit. Please call or email us to setup a return.
