Wire Transfer Instructions

After you have put your order into our system, please follow these instructions:

  1. Print this page, or bookmark it for easy access.
  2. Please ADD $20.00 to the cost of your order. This $20.00 banking fee is charged by Puzzle Warehouse to accept a wire payment. This is simply the fee charged to us by our bank.
  3. Call our customer service line at 866-539-4278, give them your order number and then ask for Bank Account information.
  4. Go to your local bank and send your payment to the account number provided.
  5. Once you have done this please email us the wire transfer control number which they will give you. Send it by email to: support.
  6. We typically will ship your order within 24 hours of receiving the payment.
