Returns

Need to return or exchange a puzzle? Please call 866-539-4278 to setup a return or email a request to support@puzzlewarehouse.com and we will email you a prepaid return label.

Please note:

• Items returned within 365 days of receipt are eligible for a refund.
• Store credit will be issued for items returned past 30 days and can be used for future purchases.
• Refunds will be minus the original shipping charge.
  
• We only accept Like New, Unopened (in the original shrink-wrap) returns with postage paid. 
• If you return an item without a return authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the returned box you may not receive credit. Please call or email us to setup a return.
• Puzzle Warehouse will pay to have any item shipped back to us. Give us a call and we will be happy to help. This offer is only for US orders.

**Opened items will not be accepted as they are considered "Used" and we do not sell used puzzles.
