Shipping Information

We have worked hard to negotiate rates with our carriers to provide you with the lowest rates possible and are very sensitive to the issue of shipping costs.

ALL orders received before 3PM, Central Time are shipped that day at no extra cost.
Orders received after 3PM will be shipped the next day.

Shipping costs are determined by the package weight and the distance to your location.
They are automatically calculated by UPS at our checkout before you place your order.
 

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

ALL orders within the continental United States are shipped via Fedex and are insured. Fedex does NOT deliver to a PO Box address so a street address is required. If you desire USPS you will be charged the additional charges irregardless of the total value of your order!

Fedex Ground shipments are delivered within 3 to 5 business days within the continental United States. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Saturday delivery is available at an extra cost and must be specified when you place your order.

Next Day and Second Day Air are also available.

Address corrections cause shipping delays and Fedex charges an additional $10.00 fee for address corrections as they must find the correct address to deliver to. This charge will be passed on to you if necessary.

Please make sure that you use the correct shipping address and include a floor, suite, or apartment number in your address.

ALASKA & HAWAII shipments are by Air Transport via the US Postal Service or Fedex. The most economical method is used. Refunds or additional charges will be made whenever the costs are different than those calculated at the checkout.

MILITARY BASES Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. Shipping charges are added after the actual charges are determined by the US Postal Service.

RETURNS If you return items which received FREE shipping originally and if the return causes the original order total to fall below the free shipping amount, a return, restocking or handling charge will be added equal to the shipping expense we incurred in sending the original shipment.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We ship to any address on the planet and use the method that has the least cost! This is normally by the US Postal service Priority Mail which generally has delivery within 6 to 11 working days.

All International shipments must clear the Customs in your country which can delay the arrival of your order.

If you would like to approve the shipping totals BEFORE the shipping charges are applied to your account and the shipment goes out, please indicate this on the ‘Special Instructions’ when placing your order.

We will hold your order open for 2 days waiting for your decision to approve the order and shipping costs after which time your order will be canceled, your charge card credited and all items will be returned to our inventory.

Actual shipping costs are determined and charged to your credit card when the total weight and destination for your order is known and by having your complete contact information on your order. While the initial shipping cost is high for shipping just one puzzle, the cost does not increase that much by adding more puzzles.

PLEASE NOTE! If you refuse delivery for any reason after your order has been shipped, you will still be charged all shipping costs for the shipment to you and ALL costs for having your order returned to us, PLUS a restocking fee of 25% of your order.
