My orders from Puzzle Warehouse have always been great. I have never had any problems. I would like to comment here on their website. I do a lot of online shopping but have never come across a more completely detailed but simple to follow site. I especially appreciate their listing of whether a puzzle has random or ribbon shaped pieces because I am very opinionated about which shape I want to work and am never surprised or disappointed anymore when I open the box.
