In the 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle, Cat & Mouse by Heye, an illustration of a cat sitting in a tree staring at a mouse that's dangling from a branch. While you would expect this black cat to be pouncing at the mouse, it's just peacefully perched on the brand. The small, brown mouse stares back at the cat. They appear almost curious with each other. Purple and blue flowers bloom from the tree, making this puzzle a beautiful art piece. I really enjoyed this puzzle. More difficult than I thought it would be, but just right. I even have it temporarily framed I like it so much.
It was harder than I anticipated- and I’m a quarantined puzzle expert now!
Takes a while to finish. I have found that Heye puzzles are always top quality.
Sooo cute!!! Heye makes very high quality puzzles with very thick pieces, and the boxes are super sturdy, but still the puzzles are so expensive that I'll only buy them on sale or if I really, really love the image - and I did really love this one. I just wish their piece shapes were a bit more interesting.
Very different from the usual puzzles I do. Nice for a change, and as always, your selections are better than great.
