Why wine, you ask? Wine not! The earliest known traces of wine date back to 6000 BCE. It plays an important role in Judaism and Christianity, and is popular for alcoholic beverage to drink alone, enjoy with food, and even cook with. The United States is in the top 5 countries of the world in terms of tons produced, of which California produces nearly 85%. As a California native, I proudly present my blog on wine puzzles! As I also proudly sport my “Puzzles and wine make life fine” shirt, courtesy of Etsy. (Disclaimer: Please only consume alcohol if you are of legal drinking age. Do not drink to excess. It’s April Fool’s Day! I’ll tell you about all the times I was fooled by a puzzle!
Puzzle Twist puzzles are designed to enhance the puzzle experience. The image is slightly different from the box, so there’s a surprise every time! I know some people really like to rely on the box image while solving, but I encourage everyone to think “outside the box” (pun intended) and try something new!...CONTINUE READING

Josephine Wall is one of my favorite puzzle artists. Her artwork is so enchanting and beautiful. She has had a passion for light and color, fantasy and visual storytelling since childhood. She uses acrylic paint to create her fantasy images and spends about 3 weeks on each piece. She is known for hiding images or faces within her artwork.
Buffalo Games does a wonderful job producing these images. The colors are rich and many of them have a fancy glitter finish! ...CONTINUE READING

These Galison shaped puzzles are near and dear to my heart as they are some of the puzzles that really piqued my interest when I started ramping up my puzzling early in the pandemic. I have always loved puzzles but would usually only have a few in my possession and would do whatever puzzle someone bought me. So that would include a lot of traditional images.
Now, since joining Puzzle Warehouse’s Puzzle of the Month subscription in 2020, my world has been massively expanded!!! There are so many colorful and modern images, I can’t get enough! Shaped puzzles are an exciting variation, and there are a few artists who have collections from Galison...CONTINUE READING
