When I ordered this puzzle i thought I was ordering a Springbok, since I love Springbok puzzles and that's what I searched. When it arrived, I accepted responsibility for not reading close enough, but I was pleasantly surprised by the thickness of the pieces. While not as large as Springbok, they were just as intricate. I love this puzzle.
