Early Reflections is a 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle from the Darrell Bush collection by Buffalo Games. The cabin’s soft glow casts on the calm lake as the fisher reels in his prize. Ducklings follow their parents in the foreground as a family of deer drink nearby. A soft evening glow over the evergreens in the distance, enjoy piecing together every magnificent piece of this puzzle.
Darrell Bush paints a variety of subjects ranging from wildlife to landscapes, seascapes, nostalgia, and even occasional still-life. One element echoing through all of his art is the luminescent presence of light. Along with being named among America's 12 most popular artists by four different national art publications, Darrell Bush has won two national stamp competitions for the state of Minnesota and Idaho.
Every Buffalo Games jigsaw puzzle is manufactured recycled puzzle board. A precision cutting technique guarantees that every piece will fit soundly with the company's signature Perfect Snap™. A bonus puzzle poster is also included so that you have a handy reference of what the completed puzzle should look like while you put yours together.
I love this scene, but will say it was the hardest puzzle my spouse and I ever worked on. Partly, that is because of the double reflection of everything and, in person, there's a whole mass of dark blues. But partly it's because this is one of those puzzles where some of the pieces fit too well into spaces where they don't actually belong. Often, close examination will quickly reveal such a mistake, but some of these pieces really seemed to fit way too well into the wrong place, which I found a little aggravating.
