John Dilnot created his Night Flight screen print over the course of six weeks, starting with a solid-black printed ground and adding layers of opaque color. The buildup of intense colors gives the work a strong physicality, he says. Imagery for the moths originated in found line drawings of specific species, although the resulting multicolor swarm in the night sky is perhaps an unnatural phenomenon. Dilnot also creates books, boxes, paintings, and other works, many of which examine humans’ relationship with nature. He has studied graphic design, fine art, and printmaking, and his artworks and bookworks can be found in galleries, museums, and private collections.

What a workout! Changed all my patterns of puzzle solving at least 4 times each session.
Enjoyable to piece together. Colorful and of typical good quality for Pomegranate. Easier than it appears.
These puzzles are durable and sure to last while the art is exquisite!
