Layers of cardboard were not well adhered, the pieces started to come apart. This has happened to other puzzles manufactured by this maker

I would rate the difficulty for this between hard and advanced. I picked this puzzle because I liked the picture and usually enjoy Steve Crisp's puzzles. But it was a frustrating puzzle. The pieces were small, which isn't necessarily a problem. Grandpa's shirt, the rug, and couch were doable. However, so much of rest of it had detail that was so tiny and fuzzy it was almost impossible to tell what it was. I used my Puzzle Scoop's light/magnification and the reference poster constantly. But even with them I couldn't tell what I was looking for. The doll house was a nightmare. I'm sure there are some puzzlers who enjoy this level of challenge, but . . .

Another great puzzle with a poster to use in order to find the pieces. Small pieces that are very colorful with lots of activity. But very hard. Hours of fun. I enjoyed.

This one is harder than I expected— lots going on. But the subject is delightful so the process is fun.
