The pieces are a good size. Some of the pieces are so very similar in shape that it is difficult, because several pieces will fit in the same edging piece. This makes it very difficult for me. You have to pay very close attention to get the right piece in the right spot. The colors are also darker than what shows in the picture, which makes it more difficult. There are so many dark green or brown/black pieces.
