Spring

A real disappointment, considering how beautiful the actual painting is. I chose this for the challenge, muddy colors and low contrast pieces made it difficult slog, not fun Once assembled, the image still looked like a pretty blurry mess (and I like Romanticism and classical Victorian) and the actual piece shapes were still very visible, so the completed image really couldn''t be appreciated. Pomegranate's usual lack of a poster made this very tedious and I eventually used images of the museum painting from the internet to see details and light and dark. Giving a "good" quality rating for the variety and fit of the pieces. Glare was pretty bad for this style, impossible to work the puzzle from some angles. I had anticipated preserving and hanging this one. What a shame.

This passed a lot of time during the pandemic!
