Frances Broomfield (English, b. 1951)
Van Gogh’s Sunflowers, 1998
Take a break amid the mighty sunflowers Vincent van Gogh famously adored. This peaceful moment, imagined by artist Frances Broomfield, evokes the impressionist’s old painting grounds in the south of France.
Broomfield is attracted to the eccentric in her art, creating paintings often tinged with mystery and humor. She studied fine art painting at university, and her work is in collections in the Warrington Museum and Art Gallery and the Glasgow Museums.

Van Gogh a favorite. This is tricky and reasonably hard.
Beautiful picture with wonderful detail. Pieces made of fine quality materials.
Pomegranate make the very best puzzles. They use beautiful heavy cardboard that smells like wood out of the box. There is very little puzzle dust and the pieces have an accurate fit. The beautiful artwork makes these puzzles a pleasure to work.
