Not as hard as I expected it to be. The pieces are standard cut. The umbrellas were challenging but the rest wasn't bad. I guess you might call it an easy hard or a challenging medium. The pictures on the box don't show everything and this puzzle requires looking at the picture. If it included a poster, it would be perfect. Loved it.
