2 duplicate pieces, 3 missing pieces!!!!! and badly cut I don’t recommend this company
Our puzzle was missing four pieces, and also included a duplicate piece. The Puzzle Warehouse has a partial reimbursement for new puzzles that are missing pieces. However, we contacted the puzzle manufacturer and they quickly sent out a replacement puzzle.
Due to the mostly Americana flavor MI Puzzles have presented, this brand has become a focus. To the company’s credit (so far), of the previous eleven (11) that have been assembled to date, this is the first that had a counting problem. The Whaler’s House contained five (5) duplicated pieces & was missing three (3). As of today’s date, July 9, 2023, it offers wonder as to what can be expected with the next eight (8) that are on order and are scheduled to be received tomorrow.
