Where is My Package?
We have been informed by FedEx and UPS that some packages may experience a delay of 1-2 days due to the extreme volume of shipments
Note: FedEx does not pick up on Saturday/Sundays, so orders on the weekend should go out Monday. We are staffed seven days per week and are packaging orders up around the clock. Current demand can vary from day to day, so sometimes we can get a little longer behind, but 95% of packages are going out within 24 business hours. When we ship your order, we send a tracking email. If it has been 3 days or longer since you placed an order and you haven't received the tracking email and link, please contact us at 866-539-4278.
