A Hidden Gem at Puzzle Warehouse

If you love puzzling for the artwork, I need to share with you this hidden gem within Puzzle Warehouse: GoodWay Puzzles. You’ve probably seen this brand on the site, but what you may not know is that it's actually Puzzle Warehouse’s in-house brand, showcasing exclusive art from emerging puzzle artists. I didn’t take the plunge until I had a great chat with Susan Way, one of the owners of Puzzle Warehouse, at the National Jigsaw Puzzle Championships earlier this year.

During our conversation, Susan shared a slideshow of work from around 20 artists. I learned so much about licensing, puzzle art, and how Goodway helps new artists break into the puzzle world. Even though they don’t manufacture in-house, they license artwork under the Goodway name—featuring puzzles you truly won’t find anywhere else. When an artist’s work is published by Goodway and sold at Puzzle Warehouse, it can open the door to larger collaborations.

New collections have just launched, and I was thrilled to finally try some. Florida artist Dawn Allen’s mermaid series is absolutely gorgeous. I completed Miss Sunshine and just sat in awe after finishing it—it’s that beautiful.

Another standout is Lily, a 500-piece puzzle filled with soft blues and gorgeous texture that make it approachable but engaging.

The collection called "The Breaking" by artist Madeline Barry is equally stunning—expressive, emotional, and raw. I’ve completed two from the set so far. They’re printed by MasterPieces with a linen and matte finish that enhances the bold color palettes beautifully. A portion of proceeds from this series benefits The Guest House Project, a nonprofit helping women in Atlanta heal from relational betrayal.

If you enjoy abstract art, check out Winston Wiant’s vibrant work. I especially love Sitting Pretty—the bold colors and shapes are so alive.

Finally, Peggy Collins is a digital artist whose work I’ve admired for a while. I love her colorful, textured style—especially Quilted Tabby Cat, which feels like a mix of stained glass and cozy quilt.

These are just a few of the amazing artists featured through GoodWay. I’m excited every time new puzzles launch, and I love how each one feels like a piece of art. If you’ve been curious about the brand, I hope this blog helped! Which artist caught your eye?

Thanks for reading, and happy puzzling!
