300 Large pieces, thin, not much variation of shape. The challenge of this puzzle is in so many books, but relatively easy to do.
This puzzle is very unique. The pieces fit so well together and so easily, it's almost like there's a magnet in them to pull them together. I love the quality of this puzzle. It's very sturdy and the pieces are easy to handle. This would be a great afternoon project on a rainy day for a child and adult. It works very fast. I bought this puzzle to frame and give to a close friend who is school librarian. The coloring is very authentic for the name and the colors are beautiful too. I highly recommend this and a work-together!!
