We like getting games that family members of all ages can play and this is one of them. It's great when the little ones can join in AND it's not annoying for the adults. Something that's fun for everyone is hard to find.

I bought 3 different Spot It's this Christmas and it is a fun game that kids and adults can play! When I went to Puzzle Warehouse they had to get one from the main store. Very impressed they called and had it the next day! Very helpful and courteous staff!

This game is so much fun! My six year old grandson is better at finding the matches than I am. The three year old found a couple of matches before either of us. Counting the number of cards we had at the end of the game was important for the younger one as it helped reinforce counting as he placed a card on the table. He is learning to identify one number with each item. Love this!

This card game is great fun for the entire family, or a group of friends. You are really challenged on eye, verbal and hand cordination, particularily if you are in the older adult generation. I highly recommend Spot It.

I'm always looking for games which are: 1. portable 2. sturdy 3. have mass appeal 4. can be played by both young and old This game takes NO rules/direction reading (there are other versions of the game, but why bother? the most straightforward is the most fun). You give each player one card to start, upturn the pile, and GO. My 7 and 4 year old can play together, and their parents and grandparents can join them. One game takes about the same amount of time every game, no matter how many players. The directions say ages 6-12, but I bet if you changed it to taking turns, you could play with kids as young as 3. My 4 year old loves the game.

I just bought the game and played it several times with adults and with 2nd, 3rd, and 5th graders. It is great fun and very simple to understand and play. The goal is to be the first to identify a match on a pair of cards and to call out out the name of the figure in common. It is exciting to spot the match, frustrating to know there is a match which one cannot see, and disappointing when one is beaten to the punch. The game keeps everyone engaged. All the children laughed as we played, and all wanted to play again and again. And the youngest (7) and oldest (65) of us were winners. What more could one want for a summer game at the beach?!! If you lose a card or two the game is still just as good.
