I love this puzzle. The pieces fit good and have a nice feel to them. I have been impressed and unimpressed by Heye puzzles. This is the fourth one I have gotten. It is fairly straight grid cut, but it wasn't as poor for figuring out where pieces actually fit as the Forest Cathedral (Inner Mystic series) which was quite difficult to put together in places. Heye is good quality, but the straight-cut grid they use in some cases can be tricky with a lack of shape variety. This one is highly recommended as are the Movie Masters series.
A nice change from the more photographic ones I've been doing lately. And the shiny gold is a twist. But the gold is harder to see if I'm doing this under artificial light. Anyway, a nice change of pace.
another great wachtmeister puzzle
Love working with the gold foil. Puzzle is a EASY difficulty for a more advanced puzzler. Easy to separate colors but shapes can be deceiving. One of those puzzles that took awhile to get one of the edges because several pieces seemed to fit together in several places, only to discover upon doing the puzzle that it was still wrong. About 10 pieces with poor;y cut cardboard.
