Shipments within the Continental USA are by UPS.
All packages are shipped UPS ground within the continental USA. UPS requires Street address and does not deliver to P.O. Box. All packages are insured.
UPS Ground shipments are delivered within 3 to 5 business days anywhere in the continental USA. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Saturday delivery must be specified when you order and costs extra.
Next Day Air and Second Day Air Available on request.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii requires Air Transport via UPS or US Postal Service. The most economical method will be used. Refunds will be issued whenever the actual costs are lower than those calculated at checkout.
Shipments to Military Bases are sent via US Postal Service. Shipping charges are added after the actual charges are determined by the US Postal service.
Address Corrections cause shipping delays and an additional fee is charged for these corrections by UPS and will be passed on. Please make sure that you use a correct shipping address and when appropriate use a floor, suite and/or apartment number in your address.
We Provide International shipments to anywhere in the World.
All International shipments are made using the US Postal Service.
Actual shipping costs are determined when the total weight and destination for your order is known and we have your complete contact information. Please send us the list of puzzles you would like to order and we will calculate the actual shipping costs.
Cost Variation can be substantial and is based on the delivery time which can be between 3 days and 6 weeks. We will normally give you a couple options to choose from before you place your order. The cost for shipping 3-4 puzzles is not much greater than shipping one puzzle.
Shipments to Canada All shipments to Canada are made by the US Postal service and only by Air. Ground shipping to Canada no longer exists.
Minimum costs to Canada are approximately $17.00 and generally average $20 to $25 in US funds.
