Shipping Process
We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We do our very best to ship any order out the same day if placed by 3:00 pm CT. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. We only ship packages during the business week and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Expect processing and shipping delays during peak sales times, like the months of November and December.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Puzzle Warehouse cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates. You will also receive a Shipping Confirmation email that will contain your tracking information at this time.
Please make sure that you use the correct shipping address and include a floor, suite, or apartment number in your address.
Military base orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

International Shipments
We ship to almost any address on the planet. All International shipments must clear the Customs in your country which can delay the arrival of your order. You will be responsible for import duties and taxes for your country as well. The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Puzzle Warehouse to import the goods on his/her behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Puzzle Warehouse may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his/her behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods. Shipping costs can be determined by adding items to your cart and estimate rates will be displayed on the checkout page. If rates for your country are not displayed, please email or call us for a quote.
Please note If you refuse delivery for any reason after your order has been shipped, you will still be charged all shipping costs.
