Who Invented Jigsaw Puzzles
John Salisbury was the one who invented jigsaw puzzles. He was a British man of many skills but primarily a Cartographer and engraver that is credited as the inventor of the jigsaw puzzle. However, when he invented them in the 18th century, nobody anticipated the coming rise and demand in popularity. By the time the 19th century came, manufacturing jigsaw puzzles was becoming normal to meet the demand. As we all know, COVID-19 created a second round of demand for jigsaw puzzles that will go down in history, but we're grateful to have been able to provide entertainment and a pastime to those in need and those effected. We've since been able to replenish our stock and have new puzzles coming in every day, so don't miss out on the new arrivals!
