Self Service Back Order Removal Instructions

We apologize for the circumstances surrounding your back order.  While our system is 99%+ effective at determining what we do and don't have in stock at a given time, sometimes our fulfillment team goes to find the last copy of a puzzle that ends up not being where it should be.   We have a couple of options for resolution on this matter:

First, we have a self service backorder removal function built right into the Past Orders section of your account.  If you go to an order currently in a Back Order status, you will have the options to cancel the order entirely [which will release all items on your order for sale to other customers], and a details option.  If you click the details option on your Back Order, there is a drop down that allows you to remove back ordered items yourself.  Once you remove the quantity, your original method of payment will be refunded for the item removed.  

Due to the circumstances surrounding the COVID outbreak, we STRONGLY recommend using the self service removal option.  This is the fastest way to resolve the back order.  

If you would prefer to swap to a different item, or get information on the length of the wait, please contact customer service.  Note that customer service response times are long at the moment and by the time we get to your request, the item you want to swap may also be out of stock.  Again, we recommend the self service option during these extraordinary circumstances.
