International Shipping FAQ
We ship to almost any address on the planet. All International shipments must clear customs in your country, which can delay the arrival of your order. You will be responsible for import duties and taxes for your country, depending on your local laws. The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Puzzle Warehouse to import the goods on his/her behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Puzzle Warehouse may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his/her behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods. Shipping costs can be determined by adding items to your cart and estimate rates will be displayed on the checkout page. If rates for your country are not displayed, please email or call us for a quote.
PLEASE NOTE: If you refuse delivery for any reason after your order has been shipped, you will still be charged all shipping costs.
