International Shipping FAQ
We ship to almost any address on the planet. All International shipments must clear customs in your country, which can delay the arrival of your order. You will be responsible for import duties and taxes for your country, depending on your local laws. The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Puzzle Warehouse to import the goods on his/her behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Puzzle Warehouse may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his/her behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods. Shipping costs can be determined by adding items to your cart and estimate rates will be displayed on the checkout page. If rates for your country are not displayed, please email or call us for a quote.
PLEASE NOTE: If you refuse delivery for any reason after your order has been shipped, you will still be charged all shipping costs.
HOW MUCH IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
International shipping costs vary by delivery address, as well as the weight and dimensions of the products being ordered. We do offer flat rate shipping options to international now, but promotions may not apply.. The best way to calculate shipping cost is simple - add the item(s) you are interested in purchasing to your cart, then proceed to our secure checkout page, where the first step is putting in the shipping address. Once the shipping address is input, you will be able to see all delivery options available, which will also include estimated transit times and total cost. Note that our delivery costs may not include your local taxes and duties.
HOW LONG DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TAKE?
International shipping transit times can vary dramatically by your exact location, but our partners at RR Donnelley and Connelley's average delivery times to most locations in the world are 14 days or less.
