How Do I Place An Order?
We offer three secure ordering methods so that you can choose the option that works best for you.
Placing an order on Puzzle Warehouse is safe, easy, and fast. You can check your order status and make changes every step of the way using My Account, which can be easily accessed at the top of every page!
Our product specialists are available over the phone Mon – Fri: 8 AM – 6 PM; Sat - Sun: 9 AM – 5 PM all times Central Time.
If you’d prefer to pay by check or money order, we are happy to accept them. Note that we are required to charge sales tax in many states, so please ensure you are calculating the sales tax or getting a quote from us by contacting our customer support team.

If there is a security concern related to your billing details, we may ask for additional information in order to process the order. This process is done as quickly as possible; however, on occasion, doing so may result in delaying the order.
If you have a PayPal account, you can click “Check out with PayPal” at the last stage of checkout.
Checks / Money Order
In order to process a check or money order, please complete check out and choose check / money order as your payment method. You will be given an order reference number which should be included in the MEMO field on your check. Checks, along with the reference order number should be mailed to 1600 Headland Drive, Fenton MO 63026.
Purchase Orders and Net Terms
We will happily accept purchase orders from corporate, educational, non-profit, and government organizations pending a credit review by our finance and accounting staff. Purchase orders must be signed, bona fide documents that specify both a shipping and billing address; the preferred shipping method; and all relevant costs, including product prices, shipping and handling, and taxes (if applicable). Please contact our customer support team to be put in touch with the relevant parties to set up a NET terms account. Once your account is configured, you will be able to initiate purchase orders at checkout under the terms agreed upon..
After your order is completed, you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address provided. Included will be an order number – this is your reference number in case you have any questions about your order. Please review the order summary to confirm your order information is correct and save the email as a receipt of your purchase. If you don’t receive a copy, first check your junk mail and then check My Account or contact us.
If you’d like another copy of your receipt, you can always go to My Account and click “Past Orders”.
