What are my refund options?

Generally speaking, we can issue a refund for 365 days after purchase if the product is returned to us in unopened, like-new condition. Refunds are typically issued to a Gift Certificate. If you would prefer a credit to the original method of payment, please contact our customer service team. We do not generally issue refunds for shipping charges paid to the carriers, per our Return Policy.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow up to 48 business hours for your gift certificate to be issued and sent to you.

For credit card refunds, we will begin issuing your refund once we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s), and most banks need up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.
