Can I return my purchase back if I have already opened the item?
No, we only accept unopened (in the original shrink-wrap) items.
How long do I have to return an item back to Puzzle Warehouse after purchasing?
Our policy allows shoppers to return an item after 1 year of purchase.
Will I have to pay for the return?
No, you can request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by calling or contacting support.
What happens if I return an item without a Return Authorization Number (RMA)?
Any return without the Return Authorization Number (RMA) number on the outside of the returned box or inside, may not receive any credit.
If there is a missing item or missing piece from my item, can I return it for credit?
Items damaged during shipping/and or missing items will be replaced or credited by Puzzle Warehouse. Just provide your order number by calling by contacting support and we will be happy to further assist.
Can I exchange a puzzle for a puzzle I purchased?
Yes, depending on the reason we are always willing to work with you. If you are needing an exchange, please call us or by contacting support with your order number from the purchase.
I live international, can I return my item?
All international orders are as-is purchases.
I am missing pieces or items from my purchase, can I get a replacement?
Please contact support with the details of your issue to discuss options and availability.
What items cannot be returned?
Clearance items (Scratch & Dent, Daily Deals & Sale Items), gift cards, custom puzzles, bundled items at discounted rates (unless the entire bundle is returned), items marked "Non-Returnable", and items you have already assembled.
I have a custom puzzle and/or Peaceful Wooden puzzle that has a missing piece, can I return it?
If the custom puzzle or Peaceful Wooden puzzle is missing pieces please contact custom@puzzlewarehouse.com and our team will work with you to get it figured out for you as the puzzles are created especially for you.
My custom puzzle and/or Peaceful Wooden puzzle isn't what I wanted, can I get a refund?
At times we can find a solution, however, depending on the situation of why you are returning it, we may not be able to refund you the order as each puzzle is created especially for you and the manufacture has their own return policies. If my item is damaged or defective can I still return it?
