Can I monitor my order?
Yes, you can see where your order is by going into My Orders in your account.
I haven't received a "Your Order Has Shipped" email, can I still track my package?
Yes, you can find the tracking information in your account under My Orders.
When will my order be delivered?
Our usual delivery time for standard shipping is between 2-9 business days, however you can see an estimated delivery date by going through the purchase process as dates vary depending on the package and location. Expect processing and shipping delays during peak sales times, like the months of November and December.
How can I get free shipping on my order?
Any order over $75 before taxes counts towards free standard shipping as it does not count towards our express/rush shipping.
I live international, can I still receive the free shipping?
No, only locations inside of the contiguous 48 US States and Canada are eligible for the Free Shipping over $75 promotions.
Do you ship packages on the weekends?
No, we only ship during the business week days and never on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays
Will I be charged for any back-ordered items?
We do charge your order if an item is on a long-term Back Order, to ensure that the charge authorization does not expire before we are able to ship the order.
