Slowly but surely finished this one. It was a puzzle of the month choice and I really enjoyed it.

Hardest puzzle I’ve ever done and I’ve done lots. The Scot character is limited to few colors and then the pieces are cut to obscure the color changes. And very small. Need magnifying glass .

I love this image, though my own Mc last name isn't on here. That's okay, if was a true pleasure to work on. It was hard because each segment was so small and so many of the pieces were very much alike. I solved it by working up the names first, making a grid to work in, then worked up the little round shield with each image, then the colors. Very handsome results, going on my wall somewhere.

It's a lot of plaid! And a decent challenge.

This puzzle is really hard -- in part, because of the nature of numerous, very similar plaid tartans, and 20+ names starting with "Mac". But, I should also note that it was difficult in part because the colors of the actual puzzle are NOT as brilliant as the picture. Still, it's a satisfyingly frustrating challenge.

This is a puzzle for those who enjoy a true challenge. It took two of us about two months of steady work. We enjoyed it a lot and had a great feeling of accomplishment when we were finished.
