Had to hot glue around one of the assembly clips and this was my fault for not reading further down but I was disappointed when it didn't come with acrylic or plexiglass. Trying to use it.
I was very pleased with my panoramic puzzle frames. Costumer service was awesome when one of the were defective; they replaced it.
Have 2 of these frames with puzzles mounted. Easy to assemble. Nice looking frame. Only negative is the wood at corners does not fit snugly so a slight gap is discernible up close. Will continue to buy this frame for future puzzles of this dimension.

I really loved the frame. It was the exact size I needed for my panoramic puzzle of Detroit. I look forward to more purchases from you company. Not only was it a great value and easy to assemble I was able to paint and varnish it to match my decor.
It is a good enough frame for what I needed. Mitre cuts weren't as good as expected, but good enough for the price.
Assembly was very easy.
The original frame we ordered was received with only 3 sides to it. We requested a replacement and were told it would be on its way. It is now out of stock and there is no date for replacement. Very unsatisfactory unfortunately.
Great product but overpriced, should also come with a cardboard or foam backing

In tracking my purchase I see it was sent out on Aug. 15 but I have not received it yet. The tracking had it going to Madison , WI on the 21st and now is on it's way to Hazelwood, MO. What is happening?
The glue works really good. The frames are flimsy and need flat braces on each corner. The corner inserts do not work so well.
I bought a frame, difficult for one person to assemble.

My husband and I are an elderly couple that do not sit for hours staring at the TV and we have discovered puzzles. This gives us quality time together, a challenge,and a wonderful time to unwind before bedtime. The last puzzle we purchased was pf Fenway Park - this has been the hardest but challenging puzzles we have ever put together infact at this time we still have about 30 pieces that have not been put in. When we finish the puzzles we frame them and hang them in one bedroom that we call PUZZLE. We look forward to another challenge. We love the puzzles of different cities or national parks (which are few and far between)
fantastic product---I submitted my name and waited 2 months for the product---well worth the wait. High quality ( thick molding and great mechanism for connecting the sides. My only comment being an engineer is that your drawing should be more definitive on the top and bottom of the connector and what goes in first.

We put together a Master Pieces 1000 panoramic puzzle & mounted in the 13x39" frame which we purchased from you. We have been doing puzzles for years but this is the first time we glued one together & framed it. Turned out great & the frame was of excellent quality & if we ever frame another puzzle we will order it from puzzle Warehouse.
The only thing is maybe have a front cover with it. Plastic or glass. The puzzle was glued very well on my part but was worried anyway :)
The frame itself is great, but I wish there was a backing to help support the puzzle. I suppose tag board or thin cardboard will work just fine, but if the puzzle is not the EXACT size of the frame, I'll have to get more creative!
I loved the frame but I have one end where there is a slight gap. It is certainly workable for the cost however so I would recommend it.

This frame was much bigger in person than it looked on the website, meaning it is thicker than I thought it would be. looks sturdy and good quality, just not what I pictured it to be.

everything i order was great, shipping was on time and things were received in good shape. The Frame i ordered was just what i was looking for and it fix the puzzle great.
Nice frame. Good quality for the price and it goes together pretty good. It uses plastic pieces as connections from one piece to the other. I used it for a 750 panoramic puzzle by Buffalo Games. The frame is slightly large in both directions and whatever you use as a back mat for the puzzle will slightly show in the height dimension of the puzzle only. Estimated probably about a little more than an 1/8 in. of the back matting will show. The puzzle length does just fit within the frame. However, I didn't like the shipping cost. There was some weight to the package. You shouldn't be paying more or as much for shipping as what the frame is worth.
