I would never have bought this for myself—it was a gift—b/c the design is so busy, but it is one of the best and most fun and interesting Puzzles I have ever done in 65 years of puzzling! The faces and details are witty and charming and quirky, and so beautifully and delicately painted. This is the first puzzle I’ve ever laughed out loud while doing—even the streets are delightful, with the tiny rats scurrying, the horse pies, and the lazing dogs and drunkards. On a more intellectual level, it’s fun to identify characters and scenes from Shakespearean plays. I will search for Adam Simpson works in the hope of finding another of such exceptional quality. This is a fantastic gift for any advanced puzzler—or puzzling student who doesn’t yet get the humor and breadth of Shakespeare. Love it.

This puzzle was a ton of fun! We each took a specific area to work on and pieced it together. Being a fan of Shakespeare, this puzzle and the adjoining map were a lot of fun to build. I am going to look for more by Adam Simpson.
