Not true stained glass.
I guess when I ordered this I was totally focused on the male cardinal. Once I got it, I realized that the "Blue" bird, wasn't a bluebird at all. Looks like a cardinal painted blue, with the same cardinal beak. Maybe they don't have bluebirds in China and didn't know the difference. It made no sense to me. I won't be giving this to someone as a gift, as I had planned, but will still use in on one of my windows to keep birds from hitting it. Everything about the blue bird is wrong, if they wanted it to look like a bluebird.
I just received this sun catcher today, 11-30-24. VERY disappointing. It looks cheap, like something you could pick up at a dollar store. It also did NOT come with a suction cup, which would be logical to provide. I wish I wouldn’t have ordered this item. Not recommended.
