Love this puzzle! No too hard but not easy either. Great puzzle
My husband is living with an early stage Alzheimer's and found this puzzle difficult but manageable. He eagerly kept returning to the image curious to see it completed. The spectacular image gave my husband terrific sense of reward after he completed the puzzle. However, the middle parts of the locomotive were too difficult and I had to help him a little to complete the puzzle. Nonetheless, he felt empowered by completing this puzzle and feels encouraged enough to seek more 100-piece puzzles.
Perfect for a young train lover or, as in our family’s case, someone who loves trains and has dementia. We did this as a family, and the slight challenge, along with a more grown-up theme, helped in the feeling of accomplishment. The larger pieces with odd shapes was fun!
