I really enjoy Vermont Christmas Company puzzles as they often offer unusual scenes or images. Their piece cut adds an extra layer of challenge - one that I like a lot, but it’s definitely not for those who don’t like unusual piece shapes or temporary push fits. This image has a lot of snow - but it’s nicely textured/colored and isn’t too complex to work. The wooden planks and the trees in the background were the more difficult sections for me. While I enjoy working them, my records indicate that I tend to swap VCC puzzles after completion. It’s the images - while the subjects are nicely outside the norm, and I enjoyed working them immensely, I found I didn’t have an interest in working them a second time. I think it’s my choices, not the company, but I have swapped the last four VCC puzzles I have worked. This is a brand I grew up with and I am glad they are still around to enjoy!

Very difficult with all the different shades of brown. It took a while but was worth it when it was finished.

Just opened the box. Pieces were clean and cut cleanly. No heap of dust on the puzzle board. Going to enjoy this one.

This is a puzzle I would recommend. was very satisfied with the pieces. They are printed on a quality cardboard, all pieces were in tack, not bent, not broken and laid flat nicely. I approve of the quality this manufacture puts into their puzzles. Good choice. :)
