No interlocking feature. Trying to get pieces that were together into a space was impossible. The pieces all fell apart. Backing on pieces was coming off & lifting up.

Man was this a fun puzzle! The fact that the final puzzle is slightly different than the image on the box makes it more challenging, and this puzzle has lots of areas that are take time to work through. This puzzle was the first "Something's Amiss" puzzle we ever did. My wife loves the MN State Fair and working through this puzzle was pure enjoyment for her.
