Mont-St-Michel is a small rocky island about 1 km from the north coast of France at the mouth of the Couesnon River in Normandy.
As part of the Majestic Castle series, this photo stands out with amazing detail and color that show castle light up at night with a purple glow surrounding it as the sun sets and the moon rises.
The mount is best known for the medieval Benedictine Abbey and steepled church that occupies most of the 1 km-diameter clump of rocks jutting out of the waters of the English Channel.

The scale of the pieces made it quite hard to do.
Really liked this puzzled. Wanted to try a Buffalo Games puzzle because others said the quality was good and it was. Descriptions on other of their puzzles say they don't have a lot of glare. This one was pretty glossy and did have glare. Piece cut quality was very good.

Beautiful puzzle. We really enjoyed making it. The colors are gorgeous and the scenery is great. We glue and mount all our puzzles on Canvass and, then, we hang them on our walls. This will not be our last puzzle from Puzzle Warehouse. We highly recommend them, because, they have a large variety of great puzzles from which to choose from.

Wow what a castle
Very beautiful picture. I thought this would be a difficult puzzle before I started, but it turned out to be a fairly easy one. There was still enough of a challenge though.
Had to purchase this since we have visited Mount Michel and never could get the site out of my head. Haven't done this one yet. Looks difficult, but I'm up for the challenge.
This is a beautiful puzzle. At 500 pieces, it's a satisfying challenge, but with enough difference in the hues of the clouds and the sea to make it fun rather than frustrating. One thing - good lighting, and positioned so it does not glare off the puzzle pieces, is essential for this puzzle. Without it, the blues, pinks and purples are hard to tell apart.

750 pcs. I usually do only 1000 pcs as I finish them too quickly. This was easier for that reason but still tricky.
Going to visit Mt.St. Michel next month so received 2 of these puzzles for my birthday. Customer service was superior in allowing for an easy exchange of one. After doing the puzzle with such good detail, I feel like I'll know most of the nooks and crannies when I travel there.
