A very fun and entertaining puzzle, and informative too. It's well-made and the quality is excellent, as noted.
First puzzle received was a challenge. After sorting and putting the border together I was lucky enough notice two pieces exactly the same which prompted me to stop cause I was skeptical of the integrity of the rest of the puzzle. I contacted the manufacturer and told them I was putting the puzzle together as a birthday gift and needed to get a replacement. What they instructed me to do was to take pictures of the box, write my name over the bar code and detail what the problem was and email it to them. They said since each puzzle was a random cut they could not duplicate any missing pieces. Notice I never said a missing piece but duplicate pieces. I did include a picture of the duplicate pieces and reminded them I needed the replacement since it was a gift. They sent a new puzzle which I received one week later.
Fun for those who hunt mushrooms!
