Show Me MoreI could not wait to get into working this shortly after I got it. It is well made and stunningly beautiful. It is a killer to work on. Multiple layers of intricate designs and colorful beyond belief. It took me this whole work week to work on the upper third of the puzzle. I needed good lighting which I didn't have due to cloudy skies. Today was the day I finished 2/3 of it. Wow! It was a great work out!! Gorgeous design.
I was so disappointed by this puzzle that I abandoned it after working on it for one hour. 1) The amount of puzzle dust was insane. I had stop and take time to clean off my felt-covered puzzle table before I could even start working on it. 2) The number of false fits was so high I lost all confidence in whether or not two pieces fit together. I simply couldn't trust the fits. 3) The fit of the pieces was so loose that simply touching two connected pieces would cause them to fall apart. I couldn't even shift small groupings of assembled pieces without them falling apart. --> This is the first puzzle I've purchased from this company. I won't buy any puzzles from them again. It's very sad because this image is so gorgeous. I was really looking forward to putting it together. p.s. I've never abandoned a puzzle before.
