The Midwest independent Booksellers Association (MIBA) is a nonprofit trade association that supports and celebrates locally owned and operated independent bookstores. MIBA has over 200 members throughout a 9+ state portion of the Midwest (Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and the Michigan's Upper Peninsula).
About the Artist:
Kevin Cannon is a Twin Cities artist who is known for his detailed and colorful cartoon maps. He's been illustrating independent bookstores, capturing their personality and traits since 2015. Kevin created this beautiful map for the MIBA and free copies are released annually on Independent Bookstore Day. Now a jigsaw with a few twists, this map is a fun guide to puzzle your way to good reads!
