Very nice puzzle! Better than most Heye I’ve ever done - you know sometimes Heye always has confetti but this one doesn’t. The image is easy cuz you can finish by distinguishing the difference of faces.

Loved this puzzle, everyone looks the same until you get up close. Fun little obscure things happening when you look closely.

This puzzle was harder to work due to the mostly monochromatic nature of the artwork. It was worked intermittently over two weeks. Fun and challenging!

When I ordered Loup, Score, it took a week for the puzzle to arrive. Upon arrival, the shipping was in perfect condition, but when I opened it, there was a huge rip in the puzzle box that caused difficulty viewing the picture in the entire bottom right corner. I was disappointed. I called customer service, expecting a reasonable solution for them to send me a sticker to return the damaged puzzle at no cost to me and then to ship me a replacement with a puzzle in better condition. There was no hassle. The rep told me to keep the puzzle they had sent and then checked to see if they had the puzzle in stock, which they didn't until after the new year, so they are going to ship me a new puzzle when they get them in AND they gave me a discount off the price for the inconvenience. To me, it isn't so much that something goes wrong with the process. It is how a company fixes the problem. Puzzle Warehouse more than fixed the problem even if I have to wait. Because of the good customer service I received the first time I ordered from this company, I would be willing to give them another chance.
