FAQ - Updating Shipping on an Order

Can I change or update my order after completing the purchase?

Yes, you have before an item is shipped. You can edit your order online by going to My Orders under your account to cancel, change the delivery method, or to change the shipping/billing address of the purchase.


How long do I have to change any information after the purchase is complete?

If the purchase is made before 3:00pm (CST), you have a possible few hours before the order has shipped (this is an estimate and changes depending on each order). However if it ordered after 3:00pm (CST), you have up to 24 hours to cancel, change the delivery method, or to change the shipping/billing address of the purchase. 


Can I update orders that are in transit?

No, once an order has been shipped we can change the delivery method, or change the shipping/billing address of the purchase.


Can I still cancel my order after it is in transit?

No, but after receiving the package we can send you an Authorization Merchandise Return (RMA) Label to return the items back to us for a full refund. Just call or email us and we will send you the pre-paid return label.
