Best puzzle experience ever - 2 puzzles in one bag, no pictures, a mystery to solve! I ordered 3 more alphabet mystery puzzles!

Wonderful Surprise! I ordered my wife a mystery jigsaw puzzle for Christmas. It never showed. Evidently, it was misdelivered. I called the company expecting a long automatic phone dance: press this number and then hold; press that number and hold again. I did not have any hope of a refund or anything, but at least, I thought, I could let them know that there was a fault in their system so this wouldn't happen to the next guy. I am not altruistic or anything, I did plan on venting a little myself. The company phone was answered immediately. I don't recall if it was a person or not because it all happened so fast, but I believe it was. In the time it took for me to explain my situation, the problem was solved. Bam! No questions on their part, no begging on mine. It was simple, quick, we will send out another. Bye If any of you readers work for AT&T, Verizon, or any other Mega Mega with a Customer No Service Department, take a lesson from this company. I will only buy my puzzles from here from now on! This was fun because it was a mystery also. Also, there were no pictures, but the puzzle was easy. So if you're good at doing it without the picture, then it's easier, if you're not the it's hard. It was fun overall to solve the mystery. And 2 puzzles in 1!

The pieces for the two puzzles were bagged separately, but I wanted a challenge so I mixed them all together before starting. Overall I still found this puzzle quite easy, but the murder mystery was fun to solve and I still had a blast doing it! Would make for a fun puzzle to do on a night in with the family. I found the quality of the pieces to be good as well!

Ordering was a breeze, arrived when it said it would and I look forward to our family day/night of putting the puzzel together and solving the mystery. We order a mystery puzzel every year and on New Years Day or Eve we put it together as a family. FUN
