First saw this in 500 pc but that's usually not much of a challenge so was glad to find the 1000 pc and loved the beauty of it
Beautiful image. Really like Cobble Hill puzzles.
Cobble Hill is known for their unique random cut puzzles. Because of the intricate cut, though, pieces will occasionally arrive not fully cut apart / still attached. My copy of the heron puzzle, purchased in 2019, had *a lot* of pieces like this. There were intersections in the cut pattern where the blades creating the cut failed to come together [die design] as well as instances of blades not fully completing a cut. Even so, this was a lovely puzzle and a good challenge!

I really enjoyed this puzzle. The marshy grass was particularly challenging. Excellent quality and nice that the pieces aren't shiny!
I love bird puzzles and this one was very fun to work on. I recommend it for nature lovers. The vegetation pieces were challenging, but accurate.
My husband and I put this one together - and both of us found it extremely challenging. However, we had learned from putting together an earlier difficult puzzle how to work challenging areas, so we were able to enjoy the serenity and magnificence of the Great Blue Herons over the lush wetland - and stay calm, not frustrated. I enjoyed the quality of the reproduction as well.

Watching Great Blue Herons from our windows is a favorite pastime, so this puzzle seemed a natural as a Christmas present for my spouse. It was a pleasure to work on.
too beautiful to take apart!
I saw this puzzle then wanted to buy it a few weeks later. On Amazon it was unavailable then the price shot up to double what I was able to buy it for on puzzle warehouse. Thrilled when it arrived. Beautiful puzzle, very soothing relaxing clear colors ( you don't need your best Ott lite or to move outside to see the subtleties!), love the subject-matter, pieces well-made with almost no glare and no puzzle dust. This manufacturer does do a few less traditional puzzle pieces ( different cut) which I'm not a huge fan of ( I prefer more traditional regular cuts) BUT there are not enough "odd" pieces to make it annoying or problematic so still very enjoyable. Would recommend it, especially to those who want a challenge that is still calming to assemble and fun.

This is such a gorgeous puzzle! I rated it as medium because it had enough variation that it was a nice relaxing, did I mention gorgeous?, puzzle. Wonderful addition to my collection and I look forward to doing it again.

Enjoyed this puzzle very much. It was a challenge, but an enjoyable one.
I am just getting back to puzzles after many years. (COVID-19 seclusion) This one was a bit challenging at first, but I soon got into the swing of it. My friend in Sarasota and I did the same design together with occasional FaceTime progress checks It was the perfect Florida theme. One day half-way through, during a neighborhood walk, my friend spotted a heron striking the same pose. Bonus!
Excellent puzzle. I’m impressed with the high quality of the pieces and exact fit when putting it together. The colors are beautiful and exact. The sky was a challenge! Enjoyed every minute of it!
I love your puzzles! Sturdy pieces that fit well. Varied shapes and sizes. Beautiful picture with clear colors. Price with shipping is a little higher than I pay locally but the quality is worth it.
