I ordered this as a gift for a friend who loves puzzles and cardinals - a perfect choice. As Christmas approached and it hadn't arrived, I called Puzzle House. The man who answered checked his records and very quickly determined the delivery company had lost it. He not only replaced it, he did it at no charge - and the puzzle arrived in time to be wrapped and given to my friend, who was very pleased to get it. You people are wonderful!
This puzzle is so bright & detailed. The Cardinal was easy to do but the metal fence he is perched on was not. I save , glue & hang all my puzzles. I only like the SHAPED style (No borders). I hope Puzzle Warehouse will come out with more BIRDS, & CATS SHAPED puzzles. I've made ALL the ANIMALS (15 +).
