This puzzle is the perfect blend of challenge and solvability. Plus the color palette is a joy to work on!
This was such a great puzzle! I selected it because of the art work. I was looking for a puzzle with a lot of color. I enjoy a puzzle where I am both looking at color and shape to put it together and once I open the box, I don't look at the picture. The pieces are great and fit together very nicely. They did not exactly click, but I could tell when it was the wrong piece. Only one piece got placed incorrectly. Very few were still connected to each other (maybe none) when I opened the box and there were not any that were "peeling" or fraying. The puzzle also has a matte finish so I could work in many light conditions and not have problems with glare. I like some variability in piece shape. All of the pieces are what I would consider THE standard shape. 2 ins across from each other, 2 outs across from each other. I don't know if adding some of the other shapes would have made it easier or harder. I think I would have like other shapes, but only if it would have made it harder. The colors, picture and feel of the pieces fitting together really made this a satisfying puzzle!

Haven't seen pieces this thick since I was little. They fit together so well that I could pick up a block of pieces without it falling apart. Practically every piece had an unusual shape so this is probably a puzzle for enthusiasts and not the occasional puzzler. The result is a very beautiful picture.
